Andrea has always loved to dance! As a young person, she took ballet and jazz; later moving on to explore modern, ethnic, tap, salsa, and swing. For Andrea, Barre feels like more than just exercise – it feels like dance! And dance is not only great exercise for your heart and lungs, but your brain is also lighting up with dopamine – a natural mood booster, and endorphins – a natural painkiller.
