Move, breathe and flow during this gentle, slow, flowing form of exerciseJosy Delaney, MPH, MS, has been a NYS licensed massage therapist; a clinical exercise physiologist in Cardiac Rehabilitation; a public health educator, managing a medical center’s Community Wellness Program; and a Tai Chi teacher/conductor since 2015.
She joined Senior Planet in 2017 as a technology trainer, and began to teach Tai Chi in 2021. While there are myriad health benefits of Tai Chi, Josy’s focus – her passion and mission – is teaching better balance and falls prevention to older adults.
