Are you interested in meditation but not sure where to start? Or perhaps you’re looking to incorporate more wellness practices into your daily routine? Insight Timer is a popular app with guided meditations that help you practice mindfulness to promote better sleep and relaxation. During this session, you’ll learn about the app’s meditative sleep aids and how to connect with others who have similar goals in the Insight Timer Community.
*A step-by-step handout will be provided in class
