Google Sites is a free online platform that helps users build their own polished websites without any coding. Senior Planet’s self-paced course consists of video demonstrations and interactive lessons to practice the skills required to build your own website using Google Sites.
The course is hosted on the online learning platform, Senior Planet U (SPU) and is best-suited for those who are comfortable navigating the internet and new to building websites.
You should take this course on a laptop or desktop computer.
Follow the steps below to take the course on a computer:
1. Watch our Tech Tip Video showing how to sign up for SPU and enroll in the course.
2. When you’re ready, click the red button below and the SPU website will open in a new tab. Once on SPU, follow the instructions from the video above.
You’ll enter “GoogleSites” (one word, without quotation marks) after you click on the Enrollment Key button.
