This lecture introduces common health apps, like the iPhone’s built-in app and the Google Fit app. You’ll learn about using the app’s step counter, as well as integrating information from other popular health and fitness apps. You’ll also learn the benefits of saving your medical ID.

This class is part of the 5-week program series ‘Exploring Smartphone Apps’ that takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 11:15 am. Participants must attend all sessions to get the most out of this series.
