This week’s topic – “Catch the Beat” with Indoor Cycling
Do you use your indoor bike…or has it slowly turned into a handy clothes rack? Does cycling at home merely seem like hours of tedious pedaling-in-place, but Spin® classes at a gym seem too fast or too intimidating?
Join 68-year-old 2024 Senior Planet Sponsored Athlete, Jan Haig, as she shares her wellness journey and shows how indoor cycling can be a safe, fun, full-body workout for older adults! Jan will show you how to “catch the beat” on a bike and transform your at-home cycling into an energetic, low-impact senior Spin workout, one with an endless combination of cardio, strength, and stretching moves.
So dust off your bike, grab a towel, water, and light dumbbells, and get ready to jump on a beat that works for you! (Or, if you’re curious about indoor cycling but don’t have a bike, “ride along” with us virtually!)
