That is, until I request a “live” agent with whom to chat. I’m approaching retirement but I still work. I used it several times and it seemed to “run around in circles” and I have to finally contact someone “live” to complete my inquiry. AI certainly has PRO’s and CON’s. I think artificial intelligence is a misnomer.
