Join 68-year-old 2024 Senior Planet Sponsored Athlete, Jan Haig, for tips on using a Spin® bike for a safe, fun, full-body workout at home. Get an invigorating, low-impact senior Spin workout in 20-30 minutes a day, with an indoor cycling routine offering cardio, strength, and stretching moves for any fitness level.
You choose the tempo and mix of exercises right for you, regardless of age, pace, or body type. Spin burns calories, reduces stress, and is excellent for spine, joint, heart, and brain health.
So, if you have a Spin bike gathering dust in a corner, grab a towel, water, and light dumbbells, and get ready to make Pedal Power work for you! Or, if you don’t have a Spin bike, but are curious about the benefits of indoor cycling, “ride along” virtually to see what Spin for seniors is all about!
